Oilers Visual Recap 65: McDavid sets new career high in points as Oilers defeat Sabres

With a new career high in points on the horizon, Connor McDavid and the Edmonton Oilers visited the Buffalo Sabres in Monday nigh action. The Oilers turned go Stuart Skinner in net once again.

This game was a matchup between two of the most potent offenses in the NHL; Edmonton leads the league in goals and the Sabres rank third. However, it was a close affair, with both teams trading goals all night long. Ultimately, the Oilers were able to walk away with a valuable two points, McDavid scoring the winner and setting a new career high in points with 124 on the season.
