Building on their progress
The Oilers have been in the echelons of “steadily improving” to “outright dominant” under the tutelage of head coach Jay Woodcroft. The talent on the roster is there and after two straight playoff exits to the eventual Stanley Cup winners, the Oilers will look to take 2023–24 and avoid the same fate.
